Pollux - Docaposte
Position at Pollux, Docaposte UX team (the Digital Branch of the La Poste Group). The team supports companies in their innovation projects, from the design to the implementation of new services (IoT, mobile applications, websites, etc.).
UI Lead designer
In collaboration with the UX lead, active involvement and challenges at every stage: from project framing to each step of the UX process.

Yvelines - Hauts de Seine “Pass+”
Revamped the Pass+ portal, which provides support, outings, and deals for young people in the 92 and 78 departments. The redesign halved hotline calls and increased registrations to the program.
